The nature of their business means that many of their customers are located well away from major urban centres. A non-regular driver can lose a lot of time driving around trying to find the customer. And if you’re driving down small country lanes in a truck, it can be tricky to double back.

Eonvia worked with the delivery business and imported all the data that their drivers had regarding customer addresses ensuring compliance with customer information protection policies. This information was combined into a single database. From this, we could create a master database with all the customer locations.
To ensure that the delivery business could keep the customer location and information database updated at all times with existing and new customer data, we developed a process which would enable them to do this themselves and not have to call us to do it.
Once the database is ready, it is placed onto a memory card which is compatible with the Sat Nav devices in use. Now every driver has every location on their own Sat Nav, and the business has a method of keeping their customer locations updated.
